Welcome Center Dock Tender:  Part-time employment opportunity for the summer (Mid-May thru Mid-October) 12-20 hours per week, weekends and evenings required. Located on Van Buren Street in the Chamber of Commerce building on the canal. This position requires someone who is friendly, helpful, and reliable to meet and greet visitors and boaters. Walking, the ability to go up and down stairs and light lifting are part of the job. Great opportunity for retired person. Substitute Crossing Guard:  The Village of Newark is accepting applications for substitute school crossing guard positions.  Individual must be able to report for work on short notice and have their own transportation.  The rate of pay is $18.93/hour.
Monday- Friday     8:00AM – 09:30 AM
                                  2:30 PM- 4:00 PM
