Please note there are some projects that do not require a building permit.  If you do not find your project type on the list above and you have any questions at all after reviewing the following page: Building Permit Requirements, please do not hesitate to call the office at 315-331-4770.  A stop work order will be placed on any project requiring a building permit if work has started before obtaining one.

For Residential Permit Applications:
1. Find your Permit Application Type in the list.

2. Please follow the instruction sheet particular to that permit.
3. There is a downloadable PDF version if you would like to apply by mail or in person.  These applications should be directed to:
