Radar Trailer

The Newark Police Department is dedicated to safe driving in our community and deploys a Radar Trailer at specific locations around the Village of Newark.  The Radar Trailer will alert drivers of their speed, which has been proven to slow traffic, therefore making our streets and neighborhoods safer.

If you would like to schedule the Radar Trailer to be in your neighborhood, call Captain Thoms at (315)-331-3701 or e-mail rmartin@newarkpd.net.  Your request will be reviewed and if approved, the trailer will be placed as close to the requested location as possible.
