Mr. Clingerman, of R. D. Clingerman Painting has purchased the old Dom's East Newark Grill at 520 East Union Street.  He has painted and landscaped the exterior and once renovations are done on the inside, it will be an apartment house.  What a great facelift for this historic building!

Craft 120 is a new restaurant coming soon and will be located on the canal-side of Pontillo's. 

Replacing the gate at Newark’s Erie Canal lock: Each “door” weighs 66,000 lbs and the old “doors” are 103 years old !!

Interior renovations were made for ElderONE, an Adult DayCare facility associated with the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.  ElderONE is now located in the Old Sarah Coventry Building next to Finger Lakes Community College.

NewCut has broken ground for their new building in the Industrial Park!

This is the new Monterrey Mexican Restaurant at 833 West Union Street!!

Work was done at 104 West Miller Street to accommodate a new Financial Planner, Edward Jones.  Below are some pictures of the construction and of the ribbon cutting with Mayor Jonathan Taylor and the Chamber of Commerce!
